Entry, difficulty & preparation

Set primary and backup interceptors before the last boss. Keep a short call for share, spread and fear because they follow closely.

Entry requirementsSelect this dungeon and difficulty in the entry panel. Check character level, item level, minimum party size and remaining entries there. The reviewed mechanic videos do not establish a current numeric admission threshold.
Before pullingAgree assignments, activate available checkpoints, clear pursuing enemies and prepare movement, defensive and stagger skills.

Kapu

Plan an outer collection lane and do not let ordinary attacks create unnecessary fear clones.

Tell / phaseYour responseWhy it matters
Small blue orbsCollect or clear the orbs along the side before they detonate.Leaving them narrows the safe area and adds slowing pressure.
Repeated boss hitsAvoid building the source’s four-hit fear-clone stack.Fear during another mechanic removes control of your position.

Dhakan

Arrive for the share, then react to the overlaid floor tells. Do not treat the pool as permission to stand still.

Tell / phaseYour responseWhy it matters
Soul-buff altar and addsKill the assigned adds before their effect heals the boss.Ignoring them reverses damage progress.
Bound player in a poolJoin the five-player share shown in the source while stepping out of overhead circles.Sharing does not make the separate circle attacks safe.
Central pull and lightningLeave the centre promptly after the pull.Remaining to finish a cast adds repeated damage.

Gargaum

The source demonstrates a five-player Stage 4 clear. Use that context rather than importing Ferocious Horn Expedition assignments.

Tell / phaseYour responseWhy it matters
Permanent Stage 4 cloneTrack both boss and clone. Assign separate projectile interceptors with backups.Protecting the target from only one attacker is insufficient.
Bound target and incoming projectilesIntercept the boss projectile and the clone projectile, then resolve the stack/spread marker that follows. The interception is only the first part of the sequence.
Fear blast after a shareMove out immediately when the share resolves.Remaining stacked allows fear to disrupt several players.
Black-hole phaseShare the marked hit beside the hole so its follow-up explosion damages the hole. The reviewed solution repeats three times. This is not the same black-hole instruction as the Expedition version.
Black-hole positioningKeep the party on the opposite side of the hole from the boss and maintain the interception plan.Poor geometry makes the explosion miss or exposes the stack to the next hit.

After a wipe: fix the cause

Strategy recommendation

Name the failed mechanic before the next pull. Check whether the target moved too early, the group missed its assignment, or a required cooldown was unavailable. Reassign a backup for any job that can target its original owner. Surviving the mechanic comes before completing a damage rotation.

  • Call the next mechanic before the HP threshold; the actual cast may occur later.
  • If a hit-count object is involved, use fast direct hits rather than assuming a long damage cooldown is better.
  • Save burst for a real vulnerability window after the group has completed its movement.
  • Check the current entry panel for loot probabilities and reward availability before spending another run.
