Entry, difficulty & preparation

Assign colour-line callers, tower blockers, cleanse coverage and an orb chain. NC lists a final-reward lockout; after that final kill, re-entry is restricted. Weapon rewards are listed for Hard.

Source version: read before assigning players

The linked encounter footage uses the older four-player party or eight-player raid format. Current Korean parties and Sanctuary raids have expanded. The mechanics below describe that footage; fixed target counts, assignments and HP triggers must be matched to the encounter you enter. Do not copy an eight-slot raid diagram onto a ten-player raid without checking the live markers. Current NC entry and resurrection rules take precedence over old video advice.

Iscariel

Colour persists through death in the reviewed source. Call colours before bomb movement and verify the current raid’s marker count.

Tell / phaseYour responseWhy it matters
Red then green colour assignment around 75%Remember your colour. Only matching-colour players push the corresponding bombs apart; shelter in matching circles without overlap.Wrong-colour interaction does not complete the required movement.
Bombs and portals around 65% / 25%Push each bomb into a matching portal, avoiding black holes. The nearest player then aims the portal beam through the boss. The source uses four beam hits to break the shield.
Four bombs around 50%Push them outward and stand in a matching safe circle.Colour and position resolve the protection; do not assume it is an ordinary stack-count check.
Furthest teleport and block towerSend the assigned blocker; expect an additional tower below half health.Unassigned ranged players can attract the mechanic without a defence ready.
Late plus / circle dropsPause to place marks in clear space before completing the last bomb push.Rushing the push leaves persistent hazards on the required route.
Pull, beams, tornadoes and X dropsLeave the close explosion, move through beam gaps and place X marks toward the edge.Colour assignment does not make ordinary floor hazards safe.

Kaldrix

Stop damage to fix the colour puzzle. Healing plans must leave room for personal burn areas and cannot depend on everyone standing on one point.

Tell / phaseYour responseWhy it matters
Three coloured rings around 75%Aim player lines to rotate orb colours red → green → blue → red until they match the outermost ring. Put unused lines into an agreed empty lane.Matching an inner ring is the wrong target.
Later colour phase around 35%Expect doubled lanes at intercardinal positions and larger personal areas. The first colour layout cannot simply be reused.
Burn pressureSpread enough to avoid overlapping burn areas while remaining in support range. Schedule cleanses, potions and healer recovery.Clumping to heal can multiply the incoming damage.
Flight around 50%Use the lift, avoid three horizontal/vertical beam passes and separate lava auras. Lower your flight before the phase ends.A late descent or overlapping auras can kill despite avoiding the beams.
Late orb check around 15%Prioritize all eight source orbs within the roughly 42-second window while moving through lava-wave gaps.Leaving an orb is a wipe check, not optional damage.
V-shaped cleaveFirst target is the tank, then the closest player on the opposite side. Change safe sides and avoid taking both. The resulting bomb can punish the whole raid.
Increasing shared attacksArrange partners for the later cleaves and rectangular share. Read live count markers rather than copying the old eight-player group size.A share with too few players remains lethal.
Five-player bouncing orbUse an assigned chain: each next receiver is nearest, with other players farther away. The orb cannot safely return to someone already hit.

Current resurrection & reward rules

NC currently lists ten-player Sanctuary raids. During a boss encounter, each character has two resurrections combined across resurrection skills and spirit stones. The encounter allowance resets on encounter start, boss defeat or a wipe. Ordinary resurrection and kisk resurrection are outside this boss allowance. Do not follow older advice that assumes only one class can revive players. Check the entry panel before the final kill: current Sanctuary reward and re-entry restrictions differ by raid.

After a wipe: fix the cause

Strategy recommendation

Name the failed mechanic before the next pull. Check whether the target moved too early, the group missed its assignment, or a required cooldown was unavailable. Reassign a backup for any job that can target its original owner. Surviving the mechanic comes before completing a damage rotation.

  • Call the next mechanic before the HP threshold; the actual cast may occur later.
  • If a hit-count object is involved, use fast direct hits rather than assuming a long damage cooldown is better.
  • Save burst for a real vulnerability window after the group has completed its movement.
  • Check the current entry panel for loot probabilities and reward availability before spending another run.
