Overall EU and server ranks cover our tracked sample, not the Global leaderboard. Equal power shares a rank. Only level 45+ available snapshots from the last 7 days qualify.
How rankings and updates work
Only public EU character data returned by NC is shown. Visitor searches return at most 12 matches. Automatic discovery requests level-sorted pages of 40, rotating class, server and name filters within the same API budget. Discovery continues independently of the equipment queue, without the old 10,000-character cap. Each class/server/name partition follows available search pages up to page 250; completed partitions are revisited after at least 24 hours. A completed search page is not a complete server scan.
Characters discovered automatically or through searches and their latest equipment snapshots are saved across restarts. Target refresh: the top 1,000 tracked characters every 2 hours, up to 2,000 other recently viewed characters every 4 hours, and everyone else on an adaptive interval of at least 12 hours. Growth of the eligible level 45+ pool extends that interval. Lower-level characters receive no scheduled equipment requests; repeated bulk discovery can reactivate them after level 45. Unknown levels are checked before requesting gear. Unused request capacity is shared between first inspections and due refreshes, with priority for leaders and recently viewed profiles. New profiles are inspected gradually alongside existing profile refreshes. Ranks are computed over all eligible tracked characters before class/server filters and the 50-row display limit. Equal Combat Power shares the same rank, with the next position skipped. Overall EU means our tracked EU sample, not a verified full-population ranking. Rankings include only level 45+ characters and exclude unavailable profiles and snapshots older than 7 days. Updates are spread across a shared request budget and may be delayed; each snapshot shows its successful fetch time. Finding a name does not immediately provide Combat Power or equipment; only inspected profiles can enter the ranking. Keyword searches cannot prove a complete EU census. Character changes can also take time to reach the official service.
Unavailable item level or power is never treated as zero. Combat Power is not a DPS simulation or a best-in-slot recommendation. Item effects, class needs and activity still matter.
