September 18: test hotfix

Before Launch Scale Test Day 2, NC increased quest-object interaction range, restricted appearance-change tickets to level 10 and above, fixed chat and macro reporting errors, and addressed client crashes.

This entry belongs to the pre-launch test. It is retained as historical context, not presented as a new live-server patch.
