Wings, belt, amulet and runes
Read owned and equipped wing effects, find special upgrade materials and understand the risk of rune enhancement.

Check a wing’s Owned Effect separately from its Equip Effect. Treat rune upgrades separately from ordinary equipment: the reviewed rules report destruction on failure from +2.

Wings: collection and equipment
Owned Effects apply through ownership; Equip Effects require wearing that pair. The reference lists sealed Conquest wings as inputs to Substance Morph with Radiant Odyle. Decide whether to keep, sell or use the sealed item before converting it, since the resulting wing is bound.
Belt and amulet
The Global reference associates these slots with the level-45 story. Their upgrade paths use dedicated scrolls alongside normal costs; it reports guaranteed steps through +10. Read the exact scroll name, because materials for different special items are not interchangeable.
Runes need a separate budget
The cited client research reports +1 as guaranteed, then a destruction risk from +2 and no bad-luck protection. Ordinary enhancement safety rules must not be applied to a rune. Our recommendation is to retain a usable setup and consider a replacement cost before gambling on another level.
