Full rotation & build notes

Damage with a personal shield.

  1. Collect a manageable pack; use Ice Chain or Winter Shackles when control can create a safe cast.
  2. Use Elemental Enhancement, then Delayed Explosion before the heavy damage lands. Early on, Wish of Concentration supports the opening resource window.
  3. Charge Hellfire safely and establish Firewall. Use Firestorm and Blaze while weaving Flame Arrow; Cold Storm is not equipped.
  4. Use Steel Barrier for expected pressure. Once the total-rank reset engine is active, spend major cooldowns before Wish of Concentration to exploit its reset interaction.

Learn your selected Stigmas at 1, build useful rank-5 foundations, then pursue the later targets. Mastery option slots are at total 8, 12 and 20; total 16 adds an option.
