Arena 5v5 LOADOUT

Stigmas

Equip these 4 Stigmas

Create a target your team can reach, then protect your support from the counter-engage.

Doom Shield

Stigma Lv. 1 → 5 → 10
✓ Equip · Initiator and backline protector

Rushes into the target, grants a shield and temporarily activates Judgment; can knock down.

Use Shield Smite for control and Debilitating Smash’s selected incoming-heal reduction on a valid trigger. Doom Shield enables Judgment even when an opponent resists a separate stun.

Noble Armor

Stigma Lv. 1 → 5 → 10
✓ Equip · Initiator and backline protector

Increases maximum HP and immediately restores health; resists buff removal.

Peel toward your support and use Warding Strike’s party-tolerance option when unlocked. Rotate Noble Armor and Second Skin; consider Nezekan’s Shield when allies need cover.

Second Skin

Stigma Lv. 1 → 5 → 10
✓ Equip · Initiator and backline protector

Temporarily raises PvE/PvP damage tolerance.

Peel toward your support and use Warding Strike’s party-tolerance option when unlocked. Rotate Noble Armor and Second Skin; consider Nezekan’s Shield when allies need cover.

Grapple

Stigma Lv. 1 → 5 → 10
✓ Equip · Initiator and backline protector

Area damage and pull around a target, followed by rooting.

Call a target and confirm that teammates can follow before Grapple. Keep Poach or Shield Rush available to answer a dive instead of using every gap closer at once.

Stigma upgrade priority — target Lv. 10

Unlock your four equipped Stigmas at Lv. 1 first. Then upgrade them toward Lv. 10 in this order, using Lv. 5 as an intermediate checkpoint. These are investment targets, not the game’s maximum ranks. Upgrade a situational replacement when you actually use it; do not spend on every alternative first.

  1. Doom Shield — Lv. 1 → 5 → 10 · Initiator and backline protector
  2. Noble Armor — Lv. 1 → 5 → 10 · Initiator and backline protector
  3. Second Skin — Lv. 1 → 5 → 10 · Initiator and backline protector
  4. Grapple — Lv. 1 → 5 → 10 · Initiator and backline protector

For a regular situational setup, the replacement takes the removed skill’s place in this order. Source notes about other ranks describe those ranks; they are not Lv. 10 effects.

Equip exactly these four. Unlock all four first, then invest 1 → 5 → 10 in the displayed order as resources allow. Situational replacements are alternatives, not extra equipped slots. Check current Arena restrictions and shared protection lockouts.

Stigmas level with Shards. They do not use Mastery Specialty slots.

Nezekan's Shield

Situation: When nearby teammates need a shared HP shield more than your personal tolerance cooldown

Change one slot: From the recommended starting set, replace Second Skin with Nezekan's Shield. Keep the other three Stigmas.

Complete alternative set: Doom Shield + Noble Armor + Grapple + Nezekan's Shield.

Nezekan's Shield

Situational · Stigma Lv. 1 → 5 → 10

Creates a maximum-HP-based damage shield for you and nearby party members.

Use it: Arena 5v5: optional reference; replace an equipped Stigma only when it solves the matchup.

Each example starts from its named set. If you combine changes, check that the outgoing skill is still equipped and that the final bar contains four Stigmas.

Play it in 3 steps

  1. Call a target and confirm that teammates can follow before Grapple. Keep Poach or Shield Rush available to answer a dive instead of using every gap closer at once.
  2. Use Shield Smite for control and Debilitating Smash’s selected incoming-heal reduction on a valid trigger. Doom Shield enables Judgment even when an opponent resists a separate stun.
  3. Peel toward your support and use Warding Strike’s party-tolerance option when unlocked. Rotate Noble Armor and Second Skin; consider Nezekan’s Shield when allies need cover.

Potential Stone: Abyss (Unique) — PvP gear upgrades

Use this material to unlock Potential on eligible Unique gear that has been Soul Bound. Open the item’s Potential upgrade preview and confirm eligibility before spending. This is an equipment upgrade, not a Stigma or Specialty choice.

The Global client reference lists PvP Damage Boost on weapons and accessories, and PvP Damage Tolerance on armor and bracelets: 0.5% per step, reaching 2% on that piece at +4. These are PvP bonuses; do not budget them as dungeon damage or healing bonuses.

Global reference — cost per equipment piece
Potential stepStonesAbyss Points
+0 → +11100,000
+1 → +22100,000
+2 → +33100,000
+3 → +44100,000
Total to +410400,000

The reference lists 100% success for these four steps. The total excludes any Abyss Points spent buying the stones.

Where to get it: Chaotic Lower Reshanta monster drops and the Abyss Shop. Check your shop’s current price tier and remaining server allowance; a weekly limit is not a reason to buy every tier.

Investment priority: finish planned equipment transfers first, then improve the gear you intend to keep for PvP. Potential is lost on transfer. If you die before fulfilling your role, consider defensive pieces first; if survival is stable and pressure is the problem, consider offensive pieces.

Checked 5 October 2026 against Global client references; costs and outcomes have not been independently tested in game. Sources: Stone and acquisition · Upgrade cost example · Potential and transfer reference.

Your job and win condition

Create a target your team can reach, then protect your support from the counter-engage.

Cooldown and control decisions

Do not pull enemies away from your own team’s damage or break valuable off-target control. Damage-sharing skills require a survival plan; they are not free party protection.

Between rounds: adjust one problem

Agree on one focus target and one backup caller. Check who will protect the healer, who uses the first control and which defensive cooldown comes next. Change the displayed situational Stigma only when its stated condition applies.

Gear and investment for Arena

Use PvP-applicable stats and skill thresholds for your role. The official showcase specifically confirms unequalized gear and skill levels for 5v5. That segment does not separately establish the 1v1 rules. Check the current queue rules; do not import Battlefield normalization or Korean-only slot changes. Secure survival and reliable skill delivery before spending for marginal burst. There is no verified universal accuracy, resistance or critical cap in this guide.

Daevanion, Arcana & preparation

Use bonus skill levels to reach a specific option or slot milestone on the skills you actually use. Total 16 opens all five options but still permits two selections; the third slot opens at total 20. Compare the full Daevanion path cost before buying a node. Use Arcana lines that support your role and current equipment rather than assuming a universal best set.

Keep a separate PvP preset. Check your mode’s gear rules and available recovery consumables before joining; do not assume a PvE-only bonus applies to players. Practice your control break and defensive skills on separate, reachable keys.
